Alabama PRSA Bylaws Amendment – Executive Committee

Add to ARTICLE III, Section 2. Board Composition

The president, immediate past president, president-elect, treasurer and secretary shall comprise the Executive Committee of the Board. The Executive Committee may be convened, at the discretion of the president, when business requires a decision prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting or Board members may be polled for an email vote. In such events, the Executive Committee is tasked with the full fiduciary responsibility to the Chapter’s membership The Executive Committee will report actions to the Board of Directors.
