Learn about the essentials of building an effective crisis communication plan from Dr. Joe Trahan, APR.  Additionally you will work in groups to develop a crisis communication plan based on scenarios provided.

10:15 – 11:30 Session II - Panel Discussion

Learn from other public relations professionals from various industries about plans they had in place when a crisis struck – how their plans worked (and didn’t), the scars they bear and the lessons they learned.   Panel to be announced once all are confirmed.
